Carlsbad, CA – The Geldner Group recently completed a second major partnering workshop with the US Army, US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), CDM Constructors and other key project stakeholders in support of a new $100 million water treatment plant at Ft. Irwin near Barstow, California. When completed, the plant will provide 6 million gallons of water per day to on-base personnel.
Partnering sessions such as these are designed to help keep projects moving forward, get team members communicating more effectively and ensure that big picture project goals are being met.
This particular session featured a comprehensive online survey developed by the Geldner Group to gauge team attitudes and concerns which were then addressed during the on-site workshop. Based on attendee comments afterwards, the workshop was a solid success with facilitator and Geldner Group principal, Linda Geldner, getting high marks for keeping the session productive, interesting and balanced.
